50DN BELT DRIVE GENERATOR FRONT SEAL REPAIR KIT(UPDATED) NEW-STYLE 50DN (P/N 8600191) ONLY, AFTER 2009.08.19 REVISION.

The newest version of the belt driven Delco 50DN Alternator incorporates a pressed in seal. Should you need to replace the seal because it is worn out the part number of the kit to do so is 10524486. This kit consists of the following components:

• New designed seal.
• Spacer ring.
• Small O-ring for the rotor shaft.

Note: This seal can only be used on the new style 50DN drive-end housing.

If you have a 50DN Alternator with the old style front seal & drive-end frame, you can now convert it to the new style seal & drive-end frame with kit part# 10524488. This kit contains the following components:

• New designed drive-end frame.
• Both bearings.
• Bearing spacer.
• Bearing retainer plate with screws.
• New designed seal.
• Large O-ring for the Stator.
• Small O-ring for the rotor shaft.
• Spacer ring.
• Elbow fitting for the oil line.
