MS432 references to Lester part number 30231 which is a 2.0kw 12volt 9tooth starter that is used on some Hatz diesel engine applications. MS432 is a PMGR starter which means Permanent Magnet Gear Reduction style starter. The benefit of using this Mahle/Letrika/Iskra starter is that these starters are a great OEM brand of starters that are manufactured in Slovenia. Buying from a Dealer you will be paying a lot more money for this particular starter compared to buying it from a Distributor like Elreg.

This starter is an OEM Mahle starter which was formerly known as Letrika and formerly known as Iskra. Iskra made a name change over to Letrika in 2012 to differentiate themselves from other companies using that name. Letrika was then purchased by Mahle.
